What is two factor authentication? (2FA)

We've implemented two factor authentication to prevent unauthorized use of your account. Two factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your peace of mind. When you attempt to login for the first time, you will follow these steps:

Enter your username and password as you would normally login.
Remember, logins are CaSe SeNsItIvE! This is important. If you can't remember your exact login, please reach out to customer support.
Do NOT navigate away from the page you are sent to. You will be asked to verify your account.
Check the email account that you used when signing up for this site. Please check your spam folder if you do not see an email within five minutes.
If you signed up with a fake email account, you will not receive your 2FA code. Some email providers do not immediately deliver mail. You must wait for your 2FA code to arrive. Logging in multiple times will not expedite the process.
Enter the verification code enclosed within that email and complete your login.
